It has a beautifully lathed alif/imam bead with an extra 7 beads above that for extra counting. This tasbih (aka misbaha or sibha) has an inside circumference of 12-inches (30cm) so it will NOT fit over the head. The larger black tassel measures 2.7-inches (7cm) long and the smaller one measures 2.3-inches (6cm).
